Who we are

Butterwood Homes is a limited company whose aim, and ambition is to build a portfolio of high-quality homes,  both for the affordable and private rental markets, working in partnership, across the north east of Hampshire covering the district of Hart.

As a company, we are wholly owned by Hart District Council; this provides solid financial backing and positive access to funds, whilst allowing us the ability to innovate, to look for opportunities and create long term, sustainable benefit for our shareholder, our business partners, our communities and ourselves.

We are committed to the people we serve and the areas we work in - we are very much a company that creates profit for a positive purpose of supporting and improving our area.

 Our Values

We co-create the future - we are one team, working to achieve shared goals and we do this through building strong partnerships which can co-create a bright future.

Delivering high quality homes - we believe the people in the Hart District area should enjoy the best possible homes, through great design, management, and maintenance. We will innovate in order to deliver the best quality we can, while ensuring value for money.

Profit for a purpose - we are a commercial company, our aim is to create profit; however, we do this for a positive purpose, to support crucial front line services for our shareholder (Hart District Council) and we do this, with care, integrity, and responsibility.
